1970 Boler/Scamp/Burro Camper Travel Trailer
Vehicle Description
1970 Boler Camper. This is a solid little camper that would be great behind a Jeep or small SUV. We bought this a few years ago and had intentions of redoing it, but I just have too many projects and this has never got done.

The previous owner modified the kitchen cabinet and installed a dorm/apartment size refridgerator. This is the only original fiberglass piece that is not included, the others are in good shape. I built a new counter for the sink/stove/refridge and purchased a used LP/110 volt RV fridge, it cooled when I got it 2 years ago. It has a 2 burner stove and a stainless sink with a new galley pump. All the internal covering insulation is there. It is pulling away at some of the seams and has mildew on it that would clean up.

We have all the original seat cushions in their 1970 orange plaid glory! They are in good shape. All the doors for the cabinets are there, we removed them to redo the interior. We also removed the vinyl flooring, the sub-floor is solid.

The exterior fiberglass is in good shape other than one place that was damaged with a bale fork, it is about 2-3" in diameter, see picture. There are various small holes drilled on the outside where an awning, flagpole and etc were mounted.

It seems these Bolers and those like it were weak where the door hinges. This one had non-original hinges on it. I installed a steel brace on the inside and made new hinges that bolt to it from the outside. The door shuts very well now. The frames also would crack and this one has. It has been repaired long ago and looks to be OK.

The tires are weather checked, I do have the spare also.

(Seller answered question from bidder stating that he/she does have clear, Indiana title.)
