To get Kristy's link to work you have to do 2 things:

Change [at] to the "at" sign
and
Change the "O" in NO5 at the end to a zero
i.e. N zero five N05

I tried inserting the correct address into linked text but the boards software changes the "at" sign in the link as well.

Here is a link requiring you to change only the "at" sign in your browser

Darn it, once you hit the link I inserted above, Flikr changes the capital N to a small n after it can't find the page ending with [at]N05

So I guess the easiest way to get past both automatic changes is to copy and paste this web address into your browser and change the [at] sign before using the link.

Hope that helps

Getting past the automatic fixes can be so frustrating at times

Here, I made a TinyURL out of the link. No "at" sign... it opens fine now:

Obviously, I owe Donna and Roy a big than you. I tried to post pics the first time but gave up in frustration. So thank-you, thank-you, thank-you. Now all I have to do is sell it. My fiance and I just bought what we are calling "the big pickle" as our next project (76 GMC Palm beach) Wish us luck, we are on our way home with it now.....

Kristy:

Is your Boler still for sale. And, if so, do you think it would be possible for one to add a single bunk above the single bed in the front?

Kristy hasn't been logged in to Fiberglass RV since 8th December 2008 - 10:41 AM, so I doubt she's going to see your message. Her e-mail address and phone number is in the first post, if you're interested in contacting her directly.

To answer your question about the bunk. Anything is possible given enough time and effort. Lots and lots of Bolers (and Scamps) have bunks in the front, typically the gaucho coverts to bunkbeds. In the case of this particular Boler, I can see where the brace is still fiberglassed to the front ... and that's where the top bunk would fasten.

Yep, mine looks just like that. You'd have to make a backrest/bunk (basically a cushion with a segmented, plywood bottom for support), but then it just attaches to that brace with two hinges. I removed mine (temporarily) and it was a five minute job of removing six screws.

I'm sure you could get a paper pattern for the backrest/bunk shape from another Boler owner (me or someone else).

Kristy hasn't been on FiberglassRV since 8th December 2008 - 10:41 AM, there's a contact phone number in the top post. If you're truly interested in the trailer, make a phone call... it will certainly be faster than waiting for a reply here.
