973 Compact Jr. Camper / 13 foot / In EXCELLENT condition, inside and out! Full fiber-glass shell. Pop-up center section for head clearance. This (Lite Weight) RT pulls easily behind any vehicle. Stove (3 burner cook-top) Oven & Furnace operate off propane (tanks included). Sink with running water from campground hook-up or pumped from on-board water tank. Electric supplied by campground hook-up or 12 volt battery / car type (not included). Eat-in area seats 4 to 6 persons. Table removal and cushion placement creates a (6 ft. X 6 ft. sleeping area. We've accommadated 2 adults and 2 children with-out any problem. Storage area under both cushioned benches plus cabinets. Economical way to get out of the tent and off the ground, or a great way to start camping. Two NEW tires, ready to roll. Located in Machesney Park, IL / near Logli's supermarket / Harlem Rd. & N.Alpine area.

Even though they're asking nearly 50% more than what I paid for mine this one looks to be in much better condition, and well worth the $400 difference.

The only "advantage" mine had is that it still has the quilted vinyl wall covering. I've cleaned it up a lot, but it really should be replaced with decent insulation.
