1973 Trillium 1300

For sale is a 1973 Trillium 1300 fiberglass travel trailer. I was restoring, but due to life changes bought a larger trailer. Could use some paint, and a touch of body work. All appliances work. The fridge works on the battery, propane and 110 v (house plug). I rewired the harness to accept both 4 flat and 6 round trailer plug. If you use the 6 round it will charge the battery. The title is clean and currently registered, I just used it over Memorial day weekend. It has new wheels, including the spare. The hubs were redone with new bearings. Also has a new RV/marine grade battery. If you have questions, please ask. Sold as is, where is. I am willing to transport within a reasonable distance for $2/mile. Thanks for looking!

Does the furnace work?. Is water 12 volt pumped? Does it have brakes?
Thanks

1)All appliances work including the furnace.
2)It dose not have an electric water pump. it has a hand pump on the sink and it can also run off an outside water source (a garden hose). Though a electric pump could be added very easily.
3) It dose not have brakes. It weighs less then 1000 lb dry so it dose not need them.

Are there square plates on the axle that brakes could attach to?

Yes with the 4 holes. It should bolt right on. It was one of the mods I had intended and one of the reason I added the 6 round wiring.

It would depend on what the agreed upon price was. It would have to be over $3000 for me to consider canceling the auction.
