Found this Trillium on here: http://www.usedokanagan.com/classified-ad/7611515 in British Columbia. They are asking $4700 OBO. Interior is nicely refinished. Very impressive, lots of reno's. The ad is Nov. 21/08

I'll bet they tried to SELL it in November without success, and now they are trying to rent it instead.
