1974 Trillium Triple E TM-14 - $2,600 - Lethbridge

Hi Folks,

Sadly divorce forces the sale of our lovingly cared for 14' Triple E.

She's not in perfect condition but she's had loving upgrades as needed. This means that the carpets are new and the paint is new. Other than that it needs nothing so nothing else has been restored.

-The fridge works well and uses both propane and power.
-The heater works well (also comes with electric heater if you feel safer using it, although we've used the gas heater dozens of times with no trouble at all)
-The stove works well
-The lights all work perfectly
-The converter works perfectly
-The water pump, tank, and lines are all perfect
-Trailer also comes with a solar charger, but not a battery, I never needed one, but was planning on it.
-Trailer comes with 4 leveling jacks.
-Trailer comes with brand new spare tire.
-Trailer comes with curtains.
-Tires are in good condition
-Wheel bearings were recently inspected, re-packed, and are in perfect condition.
-Trailer is ready for a super long road trip any time you're ready.

The layout is awesome. You walk into the kitchen, to your right is a couch that converts to bunk beds at the front of the trailer, and to your left is the master bed that sleeps two and easily converts to your dining room table. She has lots of storage under all three seats, and in the cabinet just to the left of the door.

Here are a few imperfections that have not in any way affected her performance or our enjoyment of her and thus have not been addressed:

-a few blemishes in the gelcoat. No leaks whatsoever. She's perfectly dry.
-Two of the crank window worm gears don't work perfectly. One opens but needs to be screwed shut, the other doesn't open at all and is permanently screwed shut. These are not primary windows anyway, I forget, but I know that this in no way affects getting a cross breeze.
-As is the case with most of these trailers, the door has lost a bit of it's shape and doesn't seal perfectly. That said, I've hauled the trailer on dirt roads and it seals well enough to keep dust out.
-The electric brakes do not work.
-The 7 pin harness has been converted to 4 pin.
-There are a couple plastic covers missing on the side marker lights.

I think that's about it. Everything about this trailer is awesome. I have not in anyway misrepresented it's condition. When you arrive to pick her up to take her on her first adventure with your family, you will see exactly what I've described here, rest assured.

Price is $2,600 and she's in Lethbridge AB.

I know that's cheap. But I need her sold and delivered soon. Sorry, I cannot help with delivery. I've got 2 weeks to pack out my house and this deal just needs to be done as simply and quickly as possible.

If you have questions or would like to make arrangements to buy her, drop me an email at court.atkinson@gmail.com or call me at 403.795.7777.
