We went and viewed this little trailer today. There were two worrying things which we aren't really sure about as this is only the 2nd
Trillium we've seen. The first thing was it had been modified to have a homemade hot water heater system on the bathroom wall. The hot water system doesn't work
The second thing was the floor had been cut from the door, through around the front of stove/fridge area, around the back of the
fridge and then also along the length of the bathroom door. There are about 1 inch gaps in the floor where it's been cut and it's supported by plywood underneath. It's covered by carpet now. The people selling it don't know why it's like that....
Other than those things (the floor being a major issue), the trailer was in nice condition.
