It's time to move on to a trailer with a shower and a real potty. We've enjoyed it and it has served us well.

The Trillium is 15 feet overall, it is the model with the front 'bathroom'. In other words there is a bathroom sink and a porta potty in the front along with a small gaucho that tucks away, folds out into a seat or folds up into a table in that area. The 3 burner stove, 3-way fridge and heater work well. There is a newer fresh water tank, a small grey water tank, a fantastic fan and an on demand electric hot water gizmo for the bathroom sink. On the tongue there's a storage box that contains the new model propane tank and battery along with additional storage.

The upholstery is in good shape and the only real change we made was to add carpet and a foam pad to the floor. The table folds down into a nearly queen size bed.

We are able to deliver on the west coast as the trailer is located in Portland, OR. Attached are the original plans and description. Our Trillium is the 4500 Washroom plan. Can forward photos to interested people. We'd like to get $5,200, but are negotiable.

Hi Kathy.

Do you happen to know the dry weight of the trailer? I was just wondering if the bathroom models were any heavier.

Thanks,
Linda.

Hello Linda

We weighed it a couple of times and it is right around 1500 lbs.
