1979 13’ fiberglass rv trailer for sale

Selling a partially restored 1979 13' fiberglass trailer. Title document states it is an ELMAC. I am not an expert but, from what I have seen, it looks the same inside and out as the Boler and Scamp trailers except for details like lights, vents on each side, and a bigger bumper.

INCLUDES trickle charger for batteries, trailer cover, dolly, four aluminum and two plastic wheel chucks, mesh screen door which attaches by velcro, hitch lock, hitch stuff.

$5,000.00 takes it! It has a permanent California trailer plate on it, all up to date. Located in Ventura, California and ready to go!

For more information please check out my my website

or email me at fiberglasstrailer@yahoo.com

Thanks for looking!

It's likely an El Macho. They were virtually identical to the Boler and Scamp.

We have several threads about the Elmac and I do believe the consensus is it's an El Macho. Seems to be a title character problem!

This is common with California Titles and Registrations. The paperwork for my Fiber Stream states: FBRST
Vanna, can I buy a vowel?

The $5000 is what I have into it (I guess I overpaid.; what do you think a good price would be? I still have the trailer, so I am thinking you are right that THAT price is too high. Seriously, I would appreciate some input! Vicky

...without a fully installed FRIDGE...

....you would at least have to take $600-800 off the top price.
BUT, you never know...there could be someone out there that's been looking for exactly that El Macho trailer...for years and knows what they want and how hard it is to come by.
BUT, most Newbies would rather have the Name Brand familiarty and go with a Scamp or Casita that already has the fridge installed and fully functional.
One never really knows how to corectly price a retro item.
As I said before, "no Guts, no Glory".

PS The end of the camping season (AKA: NOW!), is NOT a good time to price a trailer at what you think is it"s peak value>>>the time to do that is in the SPRING>

Thanks for your thoughts! Lucky for me, where I live it's always camping weather. I'll continue to enjoy the ElMacho and maybe finish the restoration. It won't hurt my feelings to keep it until Spring! Have a great weekend!
