Trailer: 1979 Trillium 4500

This is the best piece of all weather camping gear that you could ever buy. My heart breaks to offer this for sale, but our family has outgrown it. We shopped forever to find this little gem.

Our Trillium is a great "egg" camper with 6'2" head clearance inside, yet it creates minimal drag behind your vehicle due to its low profile. It's a great design that makes it easy to tow.

Since it's made of fiberglass, it is ultra light -- about 1400 pounds. The shell is well insulated, so its cozy with the heater on. Windows open on all four sides, plus a roof vent, make it airy and cool in the daytime.

The Trillium is equipped with a furnace, a three-way fridge, a power converter to go from AC to DC, a sink, a stove, a water reservoir, bunk beds that convert to a sofa, a dinette that converts to a double bed, new tires, and a spare tire. The double bed comfortably accommodates both me and my husband, who is 6'3". For the bunk beds, we installed a child fence for safety for our 4-year old sleeping there -- but it could be easily removed. The dinette table is special, it expands with a leaf, and there is a drawer for keeping things close by. The trailer also has rear mounted stabilizing jacks.

Everything is in excellent working order, ready to go on the road. Located in Winnipeg, call 204 488-6534 or email.

Thanks!

Jennifer

Thanks, Booker B! Its a great trailer, babied for its 30 year life. Clean, dry, and fresh smelling.

I love your signature message about preferring to camp than renovating your trailer. I feel the same way about gardening and housework! Its so much better to just get out and do things.

Here are some more pictures of the trailer, from underneath.

All the best,

Jennifer

Your trailer looks great! You've really got it shined up. I had one the same a few years ago, they are a great trailer. One thing you could do that would improve the appearence even more, reverse the fibreglass panels in the front window cover. I did that with mine. The fibreglass gets pretty ratty from the sun, but the back you will find is just as shiny as new. Just unscrew the frame on one side, slip out the panels and turn them inside out. Your window cover will look like new, just like the rest of your trailer.
