We shopped for ages to find this unit, and then we had a third child -- and it sleeps 4. The dinette folds down to a comfortable and wide bed, with room enough for my 6'3" husband to stretch out on (its 6'5" by 53"). The interior height is also good for him too. The bunk bed/couch is extra wide, with cupboards above. The trailer has a 3-way fridge, a stove, a sink, a furnace, louvered windows that open on all four sides, and lots of cupboards. There is also a place to slide in a port-a-potti. New tires, window rock guard, spare tire. No leaks, fresh and clean, no smoking or pets. Lots of storage. The trailer has a nick in the fiberglass near the front door (see photo). I've made new cushion slip covers, and we've waxed up the exterior.
