tires and wheel bearings, new spare, frame in excellent condition. Needs nothing. Has all new seat cushions (front seat cushion made wider for a more comfortable single bed.) Air conditioned, new unit this year. Many custom made interior fixtures and up grades. Original stove removed and white countewr top put in it's plane.
