And I'm sure Jonell will not let me put racing decals all over the back of the Casita.
I may build panel doors so we have the cabin feel.
We have all ready decided to add out doors patters valances above the blinds.
And the Casita has no cushions so I will learn to use my upholstery sewing machine this winter.
And hopefully for Clear Lake I will have the 54F100 done to pull the trailer.

elictrical and loose gas gas fitting? I think.
We live 1 hour north west of Minneapolis Mn, about 20 minutes off from I 94.

Please note theese changes:

the custom mattress is not included, it fits perfectly in the Casita.
the price with out the mattress is $2700 until Febuary then I will pull the trailer in the car shop and sand and smooth the body and regelcoat it.
All of the original cushions are included and they are in great shape. The rear table does not have formica on it.
