Trailer is located in Lethbridge Alberta.
I'll try and get some inside pictures up today. Fwiw, it's the standard woodgrain Bigfoot
interior at this point, tempted to paint
it out to lighten it up though if we end up keeping it. I find it too dark in the middle of winter.
Original cushions will likely need replacing, everthing else is in good shape for its age, no major surprises - it is 30 years old. One cabinet door need to be repaired as the hinge pulled out (first door on right under front bunk).
We've used it as a winter base for our snow research for the last 3 years, hence the straight axle
and larger tires
(snow clearance). Usually 2 or 3 short trips a winter, the trailer doesn't get used in the summer. Everything worked when we bought it, haven't used any of the plumbing as it would just freeze up in -20 to 40 temps.
No cracks or leaks
that we are aware of, but it looks like it leaked around the awning
attachment and main roof vent at one time, both look to have been repaired prior to 2009 and no problem since.
Again, will try to get pictures up soon, or can send requested pictures. I'm up to my eyeballs in a bathroom reno that has to get done ASAP, or I'm living in the trailer permanently.
