trailer weighs 1875 lbs tires are new bearings are done
there are no brakes
the frame is solid
bench in front converts to bed
bench at back left converts to bed
upper storage can be made into a bed but has not pads
Toilet only no shower never had a shower propane stove with oven propanefurnace with thermostat control fridge works with 12 volt 120 volt or propane
everything works but the porch light i have one and will replace it when i have time
there is no battery it has wiring for one on the hitch
i have owned it for 2 years
I do not use it i am too busy
its almost 30 years old it has wear and tear it is not a new trailer.
I do not know if you car can tow it you need to chack the towning capacity of your car/truck
It uses a 2" ball and 7 point wire harness.
IT does not smell
it has new flooring and are protect by mats
there is no awning
There is a new roof vent I broke the old one clearing snow off in the winter, it leaked some. I do not know if it had leaked anyother time i am not the original owner
