1985 Perris Pacer for Sale $3400

For Sale: 1985 Perris Pacer - $3400

This 13 foot trailer is in good condition, very clean. Fiberglass construction, white with blue stripes. No leaks. This is a Winter edition which is hard to come by. All original. Screen door and oversize cover come with it. Couch turns into a bunk bed and sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. Lightweight and any car can pull. Stove works. The heater and fridge are in need of some work (they are non functional at this time, but may not take much to fix) and there are some minor issues that you would expect in an older, non-restored trailer such as one seat cover with some rips etc. Overall this is a great little trailer with an amazing amount of very functional space, and apparently lots of enthusiasts hunt for them. It is currently located in Patagonia, Arizona.

Here are some more pictures

Here are some more pictures of the Pacer. Some show how clean the interior cabinets are, some show some of the defects. Defects include: a bit of rust on the connector, a tiny gouge in the linoleum floor, possibly some stains on the carpet under the table (I am going to try cleaning this with carpet cleaner, it may come out) and some mottling on the stove cover. The curtains have some staining. It might wash out. Not shown, the sink is not brand new looking.

The interior has a light colored carpet covering on most of the walls. I think that is what makes it a "Winter" edition, i.e. there is more insulation. A senior site member who expressed some interest told us it is like the Casita.

There is one really small spot with a defect and that is shown, plus you can get a good idea of the type of wall carpet. Over the front door the wall carpet is loose in a couple of places. I think it could just be glued back. There is no way to take a picture that shows this.

FYI. We are selling this for a friend who used it as a home away from home while she stayed in Patagonia. We have a TAB and are more familiar with all the issues related to TABs than we are with this camper. We will say however, that we have been surprised at how tiny this camper is, even compared with the TAB, but how efficient the space is.

Sandra, we will call you on Monday or Tuesday!

Hi Maggie,
Can you tell me which of the windows open in the Pacer? Also, do any have screens?
Thanks!
Sandra

Pictures of Windows

Here are some pictures of the windows in the Pacer. There is also a picture of the other side of the Pacer.

The windows on each side open and also the window of the door opens. They have screens, and the screens don't have holes. All have locks that work. The top vent opens. Front and rear windows weren't made to open.

Not sold but being held

We are holding it for a very interested party until Sept. 29th. If they don't take it then it will still be for sale.

Thanks to site members for all the interest. The Pacer is sold. We hope the couple who bought it will have lots of fun with it. We hope others who were interested will find trailers they love too.

Hi Maggie,
It was very nice to see that someone held a trailer for 2 weeks for an interested party. Good people still exist!
