Tires in excellent shape, recent bearings greased. Trailer has electric
brakes, serviced and checked in summer 2007. Rear table folds down to make double bed, side sofa has poles to make small bunks.
Propane cook stove and sink. Older
fridge works on AC power only. Rear mounted air conditioner very cold! Brand new converter, new wiring and breaker box. New anti-sway bar installed for safe towing. Bought in summer of 2007 but have not used due to severe shoulder injury, thus it needs tagged in California (I do have signed title). Never smoked in; upholstery is in excellent condition. Weighs approximately 1700 pounds, easily pulled by any 6 cylinder pickup. A full sized truck will hardly notice the
