I note that Pete's email address has a space added after the @. He may have done that to prevent bots from harvesting the address. Delete that space and your message should go through.

We estimate the weight at 1200#. We've pulled with V6 vehicles with no problem!

What is between door and dinette, on left as u walk in door? Does the front goucho make 2 bunks? This looks really nice! Great decor. Do any of the windows leak? Are u the only owner? Has it always been parked inside?

The area between the door & dinette is open, as this unit does not have the "bath" that would be in that location. I am not the original owner. Windows have been recaulked and don't leak as long as you keep the weep holes cleared. I parked outside until we built a new shed and parked inside after that.

Pete53, Greetings from the East Coast of Iowa. You have a great looking Burro there! I had a 17' widebody with bath a number of years ago, and I still kick myself for selling it.

You have a Burro 17' widebody that was built in Sac City, IA. Your Burro, without the bath, and with the 4 bolt axle without brakes will weigh, as equipped, in the 1700-1800 lb range. The bath models with A/C, water heaters, showers, commodes and tanks weigh in the 2300-2500 lb range (loaded with water.)

If you're over 6' tall and want a trailer you don't have to duck to walk through, and you like sleeping on an almost-king-sized bed, then the Burro 17' is for you.

This was the one I had:
