It's a 1986 19-foot Spiritwind by
Bigfoot Industries. It has an unloaded
weight of 2400 lbs.
Tires are less than one year old with less than 500 miles on them and the bearings were replaced/lubed at the same time. It features air conditioner.
furnace, Olympian catalytic heater (awesome!),
awning, hot water heater, 4-burner stove with oven, leveling jacks on all corners, rock guard, spare tire w/fiberglass cover, ladder, 3-way
fridge, toilet recently replaced, shower, bathroom sink, exhaust fan/vent in the bathroom, trailer
brakes too. A previous owner flipped the axles so that it rides just a bit higher, which is great. It also includes a heavy duty Quality-S
weight distributing hitch. It's going to the shop next week for a full inspection, new house
battery and new a/c gasket. You will see a stain on ceiling near the vent in as pictured. I was told that after the leak occurred, a previous owner quickly resealed the vent an there's no damage. We've camped in the rain several times. Great little trailer which we tow with our 2005 Mazda MPV minivan (with tow package) and it tows just fine. Make an offer before next week when it goes on Craigslist and/or Ebay. Thanks!
