Thanks for your patience with this listing. I don't check my email every day.
I am located in Cedar Rapids. I can't resize my pictures, so I can't load any.
In response to the popular questions...
The trailer needs the wiring, plumbing, and gas lines updated. External hook-ups as well.
The floors and undercarriage are very solid. Just cleaning and painting would suffice.
The body is in very good shape with a small crack on the driver side front bottom-easily fixed.
Interior is very good. Front seat could use a new cover. There is no air conditioner, and I haven't tried the stove or the fridge (3-way), but would be very surprised if they didn't work.
I would plan on window seals as well.
The first person scheduled to see it is this following Saturday morning (10th). Please send me a PM for a contact number or to set an appointment to see it.
