Excellent condition. Newly refurbished exterior using Meguire's four-step process and added custom stripes and logos. Interior features an Audiovox LCD TV/DVD/CD/Stereo , 3-way Dometic refrigerator, Wedgewood 4-burner gas oven/stove, single basin sink, new water heater (instant light model added in '07), new levels test panel and new skylight and plumbing vents. There is a bunk over gaucho, bathroom with toilet, shower and sink in very good condition, custom extended-width bed person dinette (easily stored out of sight and out of the way) and new blackout curtains. Vinyl flooring and upholstery in very good condition, no stains or rips. Dinette seats four for meals, cards or conversation. Two propane tanks with new regulator, new tires in June '08 and ball bearings re-packed in April '07. Trailer weighs 2700 lbs dry and comes with trailer brakes.
