You will find the same item in multiple Craigslist cities all the time, sellers do this for more exposure.

I am new here, not sure who knows this and who doesn't, but you can use the website "Search Tempest" to search Craigs list by state, region or the whole country at the same time................

At least the phone number is the same in both ads. It would behoove the seller to say where the trailer/car/motorhome/tent is located however. There have been entirely too many scams of this type to be nothing but honest (by the seller) and careful (by the buyer)

This Scamp motorhome, and its owner, are presently sitting on the corner of 15th Street and Rangeline Road in Joplin, MO (just like the Kansas City Craigslist listing says). I stepped inside the RV about an hour ago to get a close-up look. If the seller is trying to "scam" anyone, he is V-E-R-Y good! The Ford Ranger has over 105K miles on the clock; the Scamp RV looks to be in about the shape you'd expect anything from 1987 that has also traveled 105K miles. $6,500 seemed a bit pricey to me.
