On this unit it is obvious with all the stains on the ceiling and walls. Here is what we saw on this unit that needed to be done after a
very quick inspection so there might be more things: locate leak problems, replace all 4 ( 5)
tires because they are too old, re-attach the
awning arms on the bottom into the trailer body-they are all loose, the
awning hangs down over the doorway and is being worn away every time the door has opened and shut, replace broken off water filled cap, replace cable hatch, the A/C cover is broken, and a in depth check for dry rot.
