1990 Scamp 13' Custom Euro $6495 obo

1990 Scamp 13’ Custom Euro….see pics $6495

Reluctantly selling my 1990 Scamp 13’. I spent the better part of the winter renovating the insides of my already very nice Scamp. Here is a rundown of the features and work done:

INTERIOR

- 10 ply Baltic Birch cabinet doors, dinette table, and counter top (w/formica)
- European SMEV integrated 2 burner stove and sink
- Faucet with pull out sprayer for filling pots on stove and washing dishes
- EccoTemp L5 Tankless water heater
- Factory Furnace
- Philips DCD778 Widescreen am/fm/cd dvd/tv/ipod entertainment system
- Sanyo Fridge
- Coleman Porta-Potty
- New Plumbing
- Dark Walnut Pergo Flooring with complimentary Carpet in dinette
- Cushions original and in good shape – include new roll of designer upholstery fabric to recover
- Interior Fur/Carpet all steam cleaned and in nice shape
- Factory Screen Door

EXTERIOR
- New Wheels and Tires
- Camper Storage Cover
- A&E Awning in good shape with one small rip
- New style hehr windows like new models
- New deep cycle battery
- Stone Guard for front window
- Hand tow dolly to move around by hand
- All cords hoses, etc.

This Scamp is in many ways better than a new model. Save yourself half the cost of new, tow it behind your Subaru or other small vehicle. This is really a splendid little trailer. I’ve got too much money invested to think about recouping it all not to mention the hours of free labor. Offered at $6495

Gorgeous little trailer and probably worth the price, but you should know that "deluxe" is a term with specific meaning among Scamps. It means factory custom wood cabinets. Yours is a very nice "13 Standard" with nice appointments, but using the term "deluxe" will cause confusion amongst prospective buyers. You might do better to drop the term from your description.

Well noted, I didn't even think about that. Should have titled it custom as opposed to deluxe. I was going to change the description but can't find where to edit the post. If you can tell me I'll change the wording out. Thanks for the input!

I fixed it. When you sell it, please just add a post to the end of this thread saying "Sold" so we can move it to the archive.

In troy c's avatar on the left, it says Portland. While I might assume Oregon, it could also be Maine.

(By the way, I was born and raised in Oneida, New York!)

Oneida??? Really?

Wow, now there's a coincidence! It really is a small world. My husband and I moved here in 93. Nice place. Thanks for the info on the Scamp.

Thanks for the help fixing it, you're correct, just outside of Portland Oregon, in Vancouver Washington....more confusing yet! We have shirts here that say "Vancouver...not BC, Washington...not DC".

Anway I sold it locally on craigslist today so its not available any longer, please move to archives. Thanks so much ! Troy
