It has 11 beautiful custom made oak interior cabinets/compartments adn an oak magazine rack. It has new double sided curtains throughout. The tires are 13 inches and are approximately 2 yrs old. The spare tire is in good condition and is the same size- however it does not match the other 2.

There are 2 old-style propane bottles/tanks uncovered at the hitch of the trailer. The hitch is a 1 7/8 ball with a manual crank tongue jack. There is a standard 7 pole electrical trailer to car connection with electric brakes. It has 20amp 120 volt power circuit box with 4 breakers. We are including the jack stands in this auction.

It has a 24 series battery box with a 12 volt marine battery. It has a dorm size 120 volt refrigerator, 120 and 12 volt interior lights, and a built in air conditioner that works very well. It has a LP gas furnace and a 6 gallon hot water tank. The holding tanks are gray and black. There is a 2 burner LP range (but there is not an oven). The range hood has a power vent and light. There is a full bathroom with a hand-held shower. It has a microwave, power roof vent, extra interior lighting, and a single basin kitchen sink. It also has 2 counter extensions that can be easily folded away for storage.

It has a 12 volt water pump, a small closet, a carbon monoxide LP detector, fire extinguisher, and a smoke detector with an Emergency light. There are two tables - one that seats two and one that seats four. It is big enough to sleep 2 adults and 2 small children comfortably with a 6 1/2 foot bed in the back and a smaller bed in the front which can be made into a bunk (child size). It is TV/ Cable ready but does not include a T.V.

It has a fresh water and city water connection. There are 2 extra connections on the gas bottles for an outside grill or gas lights. It has a screen door, an exterior amber light, and a 10ft awning. There is a small amount of surface cracking on the upper corner - but it is not through the fiberglass.
