Doesn't mention this, but doesn't this look like another bumper coupler modification? Or is this what the normal 5th coupler looks like? (It looks similar to the bumper mod one in the Palmdale auction I just linked to is why I ask....)

thats the normal Scamp 5th wheel hitch.. They use a 2inch ball
