1994 20' Bigfoot Fifth Wheel Dual Axle

I am relisting my trailer,located in Anacortes, Wa.

This is a dual axle trailer, with 2 20 gal propane tanks,spare tire with fiberglass cover,dual batteries,awning, furnace ,dual sink, Wedgewood 4 burner stove with oven,skylight,, microwave, am/fm, roof rack, ladder, and Carbon monoxide detector.

We purchased the trailer in May of 2007. At that time the seller reported new tires , batteries,and new brake linings 10/05.I had bearings repacked and brakes adjusted 6/09 about 1200 miles ago.
In 2007 a new 2door Dometic RM2620 was installed. The following year a new water heater was installed. ( after buying new one, I removed old and insulation to discover the leak was in plastic L joint) I added an Intellipower 9200 converter with Charge Wizard in2008.
The trailer has no leaks. There are a few minor stains from past leaks, but no structural damage.
The trailer wwas extremely stable towed with a 2004 Ford F-150. I have towed 20 and 17 foot BF trailers with equalizer, and the fifth handled side winds much easier.
I am listing it with a firm price of $7600 without hitch. The hitch is a 1500
pro series Sliding hitch by Reese and is available for $300. ( I towed with a 2004 F-150 6 foot bed and did not need slide.)

Hello Dick,
I'm just over the pond in Sidney BC and am interested in your trailer as it seems really quite nice. I currently have a 1988 Bigfoot 5th wheel but yours would be a nice upgrade.I'm guessing it doesn't have AC? I would like to consider arranging a time to come and have a look at it.When would it be possible to do so?

Thank you for your quick reply.After some serious thought about things, though we really like the look of your trailer and think it is well priced, with import fees, and the fact that we are also looking to buy a new(er) truck at this time , we've reluctantly decided to pass on your trailer.It does look great and I'm sure you'll have no problem selling it.
