1994 Casita 16 ft. travel trailer excellent condition under roof at all times. Always waxed when a trip is complete. No smoking trailer. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. Owner sick and can not travel anymore. New tires with spare, stainless 4 burner stove, stainless oven, sink(with extra cover to give you more room for counter space, mircowave, refrigerator, carpet walls, all lights work, shower, toilet, sink combo. Homemade Bathroom window fan vent. Bathroom hardly used. Mostly used as closet, with a closet rod to put extra clothes in(really neat). Closet to hang clothes and lots of other storage, A/C excellent condition, All new sewer connections, outside lights, execellent canopy porch, two butane bottles, all new hoses, cam clean for toilet, two extra small fans, tv cable connections and tv stand. tv antenna, with extra cable homemade step that opens to hold all tools needs. under trailer brackets to level trailer when setting up. Built in levels on outside walls to make sure all is set up level. All outside vents covers have been screened for extra protection so bugs can not get into motor parts.
