Yeah, you definitely need to get rid of it.

It will not be a problem to move. Especially with the bathroom package. You don't see 13' models with those very often. Someone from the South will nab that baby in nothing flat.

It was very hard to find a 13' with a bathroom... took me 8 months!!! It was nice camping with a bathroom!

I know you've had some pretty tramatic experiences. Maybe you got all the bad stuff over with all at once

Some short trips close to home will give you a whole new perspective.

I suspect you'll appreciate your change of heart many times as you accumulate many pleasant experiences.

The unfortunate experiences, and your ability to deal with them, will become "adventures" when you look back on them.
