One of only 66 ever made, the Lite House weighs less than 1000 lbs and this one has a 90 lb tongue weight, incredibly nimble and easy to tow anywhere. No electric brakes needed, excellent towing visibility due to its width and line of sight through front and rear window . We've towed easily with a 4 cyl CRV. My wife and I can move it by ourselves around our yard or campsites. It's such a fun trailer.

We are selling it to have a trailer with a little more room for our grandkids to join us. This has been a wonderful trailer and we'd like a FG fan to keep enjoying it.

How tall is this trailer? Will it fit in standard garage door?

Hi Jan. I measure it at about 7' 4". To fit in my garage I would have to deflate the tires some (and clean the garage!).

I can't tell from the pics, is that AC mounted or do you just mount it in the window when you set up camp? Also, this may be a question for another thread but can anyone tell me if you can equip a scamp with a generator so you can run the AC if there aren't electrical hookups?
