It looks like the end caps are molded, and possibly the roof, but the side walls look like sheet material that would need a stud framework. Bigfoot did have a line of non-molded trailers, hence the comparison.

The floor plan of this one looks like a stretched out variation of a Bigfoot "style" fifth-wheel.

IIRC, the Kodiak brand was insulated in a similar way to Bigfoot.

Thanks Fredrick for the info. I was thinking the same things about the sideways. Interesting to know that Kodiak insulated like Bigfoots, I had never heard of that. I suppose cause I am so use to the molded fiberglass information. Good to know!
