2000 Casita Spirit Deluxe, sleeps 3. $7,500.00 or possible trade for a 17' Liberty with nonsmoker and nonshedding housetrained dogs only. No cats, no mold as I have asthma. Near Dayton Ohio

Non-smokers, non-shedding housebroken dogs only have been in it. Used only once or twice each year. We have owned it for 8 years and have kept it trailered in our carport. Can send more photos.

** Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
** AC/DC/propane refrigerator.
** Front A/C put in 2 years ago, used once.
** Cabinet for a microwave or other storage.
** Two burner stove with hood and fan.
** Southern mattress factory mattress put in the back (we do still have the original cushions).
** Extra drawer space over the back bed.
** High neck faucet over kitchen sink.
** Electric/propane water heater.
** Propane furnace.
** New tires put on this year (2012).
** Welded platform to seat a genny on it to be able to lock it down and travel with it sitting right behind the propane tank.
** Fantastic fan with the Maxair cover.
** Wood floating floor.
** Outside lights turns on from indoors.
** Outside shower head on the kitchen/door side of the trailer.
** Special lighting put in that lights up the inside of the cabinets and turns to low lighting for evening.
** Weight distribution hitch to go with it.

We are going to be in the Dayton area tomorrow 10/10/12 and would like to look at the trailer. It would be early evening most likely.

Yes, we have decided to lower the price to $7,500.00

We will be putting it in our carport and taking it off the market no later than Nov 12 for the winter. Husband having surgery, and don't want to mess with it after that time.

We do have a deposit on it and pickup is supposed to be Friday noon. I would expect it to be gone at that point...keep an eye on the board as I will update it then.

Hi there, is your Casita still available? It's been a while since your ad, but I don't see a sold notice. Gail

We still have an interested party with a deposit, we have been having trouble getting the title. We are going another route for the title and I think we will be successful and the buyer is willing to wait, he has waited this long thus far and is aware of the route we will have to go to get this title. When we bought this trailer we had no idea that titles came with campers (having owned 2 previous trailers in the '70s). We had no trouble getting a license for it, thus didn't know we needed a title until time to sell it.

Will keep watching

If the deal falls through, consider it sold if you get the title worked out. I can be there in a day with the cash in hand.

I will keep that in mind. These people have looked around at others, they have been down twice (3 hour drive) and he has been under the trailer and looked it over really well and I doubt that they will back out; but I will check back on this list if it does fall through. His son is an attorney and he knows the route to take to get a legal title on it. I am sure they are just as happy to wait it out since it is in our carport right now and they have no cover for it. My husband had his surgery in Nov and is retiring Friday from work....so if there is no more daggone snow for a while, I think we can get it up to Columbus to the BMV and State Highway Patrol to get a title for it. Then we will be looking for a 17' Spirit or Liberty soon after.

I thought this had already been sold. If not, I am very interested. I have relatives near Dayton who could stop over to see it and, if appropriate, leave a deposit.
Only one thing I need to know: How much does it weigh ?

We have a sale pending on this trailer. We need to get a title for it, as we never got one when we bought it used and the person we bought it from 8 yrs ago has had multiple strokes and we cannot get it from him as his last stroke has left him unable to speak or write. Our resources there have dried up and we are going to go another route. Our buyer has been patiently waiting since October and we will not sell it out from under them. If the snow holds off, we should have our title this month and it will be in its new home. I will post when it is sold and gone and if that doesn't happen, I will post here again that it is available or contact the next person who is waiting in line that we have already spoken with.

Sorry, it sold within 3 days of advertising it this spring after we got the title for it. Good luck with your search.
