Beautiful 16 foot
Scamp with front couch/bunkbed and a bathroom next to it. It has the dinette/bed in the back. It ahs the toilet , shower,
refrigerator,
microwave, TV shelf oven and stove, extra sewer hose holder on the rear, screendoor and only about 3000 miles or less on the Goodyear
tires which have always been covered to protect them from the sun. It has the
awning, water heater and is basically an excellent model. There is obviously signs of normal weathering on the outside but a good coat of wax would make it look new again I think. Inside it looks like the day it was bought. We usually kept sheets over the upholstery so that is perfect too. It has the linoleum floor instead of the carpet. That makes it much easier to keep clean and if you are taller you get much more headroom than in the carpeted models. We have had it for years and realized that we have only used it about 10 times. We had to sell it but decided that we just don't have time to use it. We are asking $8000.00 for it.
