· [b]City water hookup (does not have an onboard storage tank)

· [b]Propane furnace (thermostatically controlled)

· [b]Refrigerator works on propane or electric (110 vac or 12 v dc)

[b]The upholstery is like brand new. The cushions look like they’ve never been sat on. The tires are in very good condition. The camper has a side dinette that converts to a single bed, and a rear dinette which seats 4, and converts to a double bed. It also has a microwave oven.

[b] There is a good deal of head room in the camper, 6’3”. It does not have a true bathroom, there is no shower. It does have a large privacy room with porta potty (included).

[b] The exterior of the camper is also in great condition. It looks like it has not seen a great deal of road usage. Overall this is in very nice condition, it’s very light and it pulls great. Everything works. Good luck bidding.
