More info: No bathroom and no furnace or A/C. Electric fan in roof. Tire tread is like new. I bought from original owner in 2008. Has not been towed much, as I used it to camp for a summer on land I own. Can be towed with 4-cylinder vehicle (I towed with Pontiac Vibe).
