Reducing Price! Stay Tuned!

I'll be reducing the price of this 13' Scamp soon, so if you've viewed this post and are interested, come back in the next day or two for more details.

We're selling the Scamp because we're not camping much anymore. Our kids are highly involved in other activities during the summer and we just don't have time to camp. We've really enjoyed a campground new Lake George and spent three summer vacations there--but last year we didn't camp at all! It's a great little camper and we'll be sorry to see it go.

It's a basic Scamp, but in tiptop condition. We've taken good care of it and keep it tightly buttoned up over the winters. It's ready to go, just waiting for a new owner who'll take care of it!

Scamp sells the air conditioner that can be fitted on the roof, but the wiring is the trickier aspect and I'm not sure about installation. It's not cheap ($699) and probably not worth it depending on where you do your camping. We never missed it. We used a battery-powered fan that circulated the air nicely. But the evenings were cool upstate NY where we camped (as JohnnyB notes).
