Hi Linda ... Installation was done at the factory and was for our standard Silverado. It is not a 4 wheel drive truck which I know requires a bit more clearance. We had to take lots of measurements ahead of time and they verified the measurements again before they installed the hitch.

This unit has been sold. Have told them to follow this website for great help and information. Even though we won't have a Scamp we will continue to follow the "friends" on this forum. Thanks for your many helpful ideas.
