Layout six, Toilet and shower, electric brakes, A/C, awning, two burner stove, gas/electric frig, screen door, micro-wave, tv antenna and cable, gas heater, two propane tanks, new deep cell battery, extra reading lights, all dishes, cookware, and utensils. Would love to keep it, but things have changed. Asking 14K. Located east edge of the Berkshires. Great time to visit.

Yes, it is. I had some people with an interest, but we put off visiting and discussing because of the tough winter here. The Scamp has been in hibernation for some time.

I have been pretty ill for a couple of weeks so I haven't run water through the Scamp yet. Brought the new marine deep cell battery in for the winter and kept it charged.
