This model is great for families as it has the front gaucho which converts to bunk beds.

Casita is in excellent condition. It has had
light use and has been well taken care of. We will replace the deep cycle
battery before the sale... or take $150 off the price if you would prefer to pick out your own
battery.

Known issues: The
awning needs adjusting. It doesn't seat in the holder properly. A good RV place that carries Fiamma awnings should be able to do it. Also, the other day I noticed a couple of hairline cracks in
fiberglass near the front belly band. Not structural or noticeable.
Otherwise, excellent shape inside and out.
