Here's a great Scamp, ready to go camping. We've had huge fun with it the last couple of years and it's now someone else's turn.

Features include:

Standard factory 3-way refrigerator and 2-burner cooktop in working order

Late style solid color upholstery, new from Scamp, 2008 (original included)

Custom, lined curtains (original included)

Screen door

"Floating" wood laminate floor over original carpet (can be removed)

Frigidaire window air conditioner, new in fall 2009. Easily installed when setting up camp; no alterations to Scamp. Well proven on October '09 Florida trip, including rain!

Replaced heavy power cord with charging outlet to gain storage space under seat for bedding. Original cord included; mod easily reversed.

Electric brakes installed 2008

Breakaway switch with separate battery installed 2008

Group 24 Interstate battery new August 2009

Converter upgraded to 3 stage charger September 2009

Two 12V outlets

Valterra Rocket pump faucet; huge improvement over stock Scamp

Shelving added in closet and below sink; removable, no holes drilled

Wave 3 catalytic propane heater

Detectors: smoke, propane, and carbon monoxide

Porta-potty

Always stored inside

New rivets and caps on roof

Wheel bearings repacked

Fits under 7' garage door with vent cover (easily) removed

Nice looking Scamp, Parker. I remember you posting about that air-conditioner holder-inner mod - that's really a good design.

We were just talking about Scamp's (new?) solid color upholstery in another thread, and someone had posted small snapshots of just a square of the fabric. It's great to see it in action - really a different feel from the plaids.

Just so others reading this know - I'm not in the market for a Scamp, so don't feel you're butting ahead of me to buy it

Thanks for you comments. My wife was really keen on the solid colors, re-doing the cabinet doors (which really lightened things up), etc. The solid fabric is a little heavier and a bit of challenge to install, even wrapping the foam in dry-cleaning bags. Worth it though!

Hi Kim. The Scamp is spoken for. By Monday the deal should be complete and I'll take down the add. Thanks for your interest.

I don't know the max GVW; perhaps Scamp can help with that. They publish something like 1000# empty weight, which we all know to be a little light.
