Everything is in good working condition and most upgrades are new. We bought this from the original owner who used it a couple times then parked it in a shop and left it for several years. We bought it in 2012 and cleaned it up (gross) fixed any of the problems (not many) and spent a ton upgrading it to what we wanted it to be (too much). We have approx 14k in this project and just need to recoup some. We camped in this last saturday (where we took the pictures) and everything is included to take this on an adventure today! I am not red beard,but the listing states that the model is a "spirit deluxe". All Casita deluxe models have a bathroom with toilet and shower. The "standard" models do not have a bathroom. 99% of all Casitas are "deluxe".

It is a Spirit Deluxe. That means that the rear dinette converts to a double bed. The side dinette converts to to a single bed.
