I looked at the photos and it looks like it doesn't have a bathroom. Is that correct or am I not seeing it right?

No bathroom and by the the photo of the outside it doesn't have a hot water tank either (the vent cover on the outside where it should be is missing), also does not appear to have a front window rock guard - may have but its just off?

Are those square windows correct? They dont look right to me but maybe they are.

We talked to the guy on the phone. It doesn't have heat, ac, or the top bunk. Do you guys still think its worth the price if it is missing these things and the things mentioned above?
