This is a late model year 2007 17' Casita travel trailer. It can currently be viewed in Sedona, but we live in Sierra Vista and will bring it down if you cannot get to Sedona. If you are familiar with Casita trailers you will know that this is an excellent price. We ordered it will all the extras, including outside shower, furnace, air-conditioning, sway-bar. We have also made some thoughtful and professionally done modifications, e.g., a thick body-forming foam mattress that can be folded away to allow for more sitting room, and a pantry door that folds in the middle to provide access to the pantry and yet still have use of the horizontal space beneath the door. See photos for more details. She, we named her Dolly, has had only light use...just enough to work out all the kinks. We are parting with her because we have a 5th wheel in which we want to travel now. She tows like a dream...sometimes we forget she's even behind us.
