Propane Furnace.
Fantastic Fan.
Interior led lighting.
Led porch light.
135 watt solar panel & controller.
30 Amp rv hookup, 30 amp converter/with charge wizard
Vinyl flooring
extra 12v dc and 120vac outlets.
Closet has built in shelves.
Bunk can be reinstalled if desired. I have all the hardware required, it will take less than 1 hour. Bunk capacity is 80lbs, I removed it for more sitting and sleeping room in front.
Trailer weighs 1200lbs
Rear dinette converts to bed, presently set up as bed with memory foam mattress
Basic, Basic, Basic, no a/c, no bathroom, no brakes, no refrigerator or ice box.
