Used very little, no pets, non-smokers.
Has all the amenities in a lightweight, compact package...kitchen including, great electric/propane frig., bathroom, closet, ceiling fan and air conditioner/heater, furnace, water heater, two propane tanks. Can make up a very large bed with the standard factory cushions or use the custom-made thick foam bench cushions as 2 single beds. Everything Is still brand new, works and is in great shape.
In addition to the std equipment the comes with the 17' Liberty Deluxe, it also has these options: High-lift axle, Range Cover, Sink Cover, Furnace, TV Antenna w/Amplifier, TV ceiling mount, Cable Ready, Water Hose, Water Pressure Regulator.

We were advised not to have an awning, because they tended to be ripped from the fiberglass by the wind more often than not, which caused severe fiberglass damage. So, we have used a stand alone gazebo, which worked perfectly, and if blown away or damaged would cost a lot less to replace.

We purchased from the factory earlier this year, we love this rig as it is fairly small and lightweight and really fun to camp in.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are letting this gem go.
