The trailer was bought at an insurance auction in Graham, Washington the week before the listing. There were interior pictures included at the auction. Much of the interior was disturbed during the accident. The black marks up high are tire marks and the cracks continue over into the top. So, leakage into the trailer would have to be a given. I believe frame issues were also likely. It is likely the buyer got a chance to finish surveying the damage after the auction and decided to just "flip it" rather than repair it since the asking price in the Craigslist ad was not a lot over the auction close plus fees.
I did not bid on it due to the issues seen, the fact that a local inspector could not check out the hidden damage before the close of the auction, and the distance from Texas to deal with the likely frame damage. I'm glad I passed on it at this point at least. Maybe someone else is more adventurous!
