2012 Shadow Cruiser S-195-WBS for late model Casita Spirit or Liberty

Medical problems force change in camping plans. We live in E. Tennesse and will have to relocate to a different, warmer and dryer, area of the country and will sell or trade our almost new Shadow Cruiser. It has only been used 3 times and has a slide out, electric awning, AC, heat, outside shower, oven, microwave, queen bed, etc. The camper is fully equiped and in as-new condition. Sale price $13,500. Will consider negotiating a trade for late model Casita Spirit or Liberty.

We did have a Freedom but sold it last year. We lived in Florida for 18 years before retiring to TN in 2004. Our plan last year was to sell our Freedom, which we did, and buy something a little bigger so we could winter in Florida for Jan & Feb while visiting friends and family and avoiding as much wintertime as possible. Good plan and the Shadow Cruiser is perfect for extended trips for 2 people, and occationally 2 additional, (grandkids) to spend the night. However, my wife has developed some medical issues and TN. is just not a good place for us to live. We've been fighting allergy issues since we've been here but her asthma problems forced us to accept the fact that we can no longer stay here. We did not experience any of these problems during the 18 years we lived in Florida so a condo on the beach is probably in our future. We have listed some of our property for sale and hope to move in the spring. The Shadow Cruiser is no longer appropriate for our needs, but since we still like to camp, and liked our old Casita, we want to downsize. Hopefully, we will be able to explore more of the Florida coastline and the Southwestern U.S. I forgot we still had the Freedom posted as our camper. Guess I'll have to figure out how to change that.
