- Weighs under 2000 lbs
- Beautiful condition. Ready to travel. Easily pulled. Sleeps 3.

- Newly reupholstered in chocolate brown suede-like fabric with retro cushions. Same fabric available for curtains/roman shades
- add-a-room is in fantastic condition and doubles your space
- original 3-burner stove, 3-way fridge, and furnace, all working condition
- portable toilet
- interior wall covering/insulation in excellent condition
- new tires and wheels; electric brakes

very nice looking unit! Looking at some of the photos, you put in drawers where the furnace used to be just below the sink? Has this made the sink not useable? Do you have details of the drawer installation?
We have a 1973 13' Trillium that could use some extra storage etc so the drawers idea looks very nice. The wire rack attached to the back of the upper/lower cabinets is for? Thanks for any info.

I think those drawers and storage space is original. Our 4500 is like the one pictured (same year also). The furnace is under the closet.

Hi Nancy: I live in Ottawa, and I wonder if your Trillium 4500 is still for sale. If so could you let me know.

Thanks, Scot

The drawers are original. The furnace is under the clothes closet.

The wire rack has shelves which attach to it, giving additional space for things to sit on or hang from without taking up valuable counter surface area, e.g. condiments for the table, dish soap, towel, paper towels.
