This trailer is in very good shape. Forced air furnace, stove top, fridge and brakes all work well.
The interior is is in good shape. There are some water stains around the vent hatch as it did leak in the last rain. It has been resealed. There are some minor water stains at some of the windows that I think are strictly from condensation as they did not leak in the last rainstorm we had. It rained for 2 days straight.
The exterior is in good shape but it could use a wax job.
All of the windows have screens and there is a screen door.
The 10/12V inverter works well. It does need a new 12V battery
Tires are Goodyear Marathons and have about 80% of tread left. They are in excellent shape with no weather cracks.
The brakes work well.
The trailer requires an 1 7/8 ball but I have new 2 inch coupler that I have not got around to having installed.
The connector is a Flat Bargman
The only other non-working part in the trailer is the hand water pump at the sink. I have one but again have not installed it.
All lights both interior and exterior work.
I does not have a bathroom, A/C or an electric pump water on the water system.
I want $4,800.00 for the trailer. I really am not in a hurry to sell it but another member wanted some pics.
If you have any questions call me at 760-379-8537
If you want to look up where I live the the ZIP is 93205

Trailer is 15' 11" so it qualifies for California PTI registration.

I hope you all had a happy Holiday season and I wish you all a very happy New Year,
John

What I want and what I will accept are usually 2 very different things. I will entertain any reasonable offers. I am going to list it on Ebay next Friday.
I will also deliver it for $1.25 per mile one way per Google1 miles.
