I looked at a Scamp 13 with bathroom in Moyock, NC, last fall, although I remember it as being $2500 or $2700. I'm pretty sure this is the same Scamp, so maybe it has been upgraded a bit since then.

I didn't take any photos then (I arrived at dusk in a pouring rain), but I can share what I remember.

I remember a slight dent in the belly band near a forward corner.
It has Ensolite walls, which had been painted white, or maybe off-white.
The forward bunk area has been "walled off" with painted plywood and a toilet put off to one side and a shower pan made in the "well" in the middle where the porta potty usually goes. I can't remember what is on the other side... maybe a sink? The front window is still there, and there is a house-type shower curtain that draws across it for when you are showering. The door between the front area and the main room is also plywood, IIRC.

The main area is still laid out as before.

It is titled as a homemade trailer, if that matters to anyone. Apparently they bought it from out-of-state and NC stickled, and that was the best way around it for them. The owners seemed like nice people. Moyock is way over in the NE corner of North Carolina, near the sea.

The ad is still up on two neighboring (logical to use them both) Craigslists as of today, here are links to them:
